How to check a FiveM server's player count

Search for the server by name, or paste its cfx.re/join link or join code (the 6 or 7 characters at the end, like 9zj5ay). The counter shows how many players are online right now, how many slots the server has and how the count moves while you keep the page open. It is free and needs no login.

Where the numbers come from

Most public FiveM servers publish their own player count, and when a server does, this page reads it straight from the server every 5 seconds. Private servers and some servers behind DDoS protection don't share it, so for them the number comes from the official cfx.re server list, the same data the FiveM server browser uses. That list updates each server every 2 to 5 minutes, and this page checks it every 30 seconds. The line under the counter tells you which of the two you are looking at.

Tracking your own server

Frequently Asked Questions

How often does the player count update?
Every 5 seconds when the server shares its own count, which most public servers do. Otherwise the number comes from the cfx.re server list, which updates every 2 to 5 minutes, so it can sit still for a while and then jump. The line under the counter says which one you are seeing.
Why does it say the server is offline?
The server is not in the cfx.re list right now. It may be restarting or down for maintenance, or its join code changed. Search for it by name to get the current code.
Where do I find a server's join code?
Open the server in the FiveM server browser and copy its cfx.re/join link. The code is the part after /join/.
Can I show the count on my website or stream?
Yes. Copy the embed code or the OBS link from the Share and embed section below. 300 x 80 pixels works well.
