These terms apply when you use Livecounts.nl (https://livecounts.nl), run by LivecountsNL, Netherlands. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The service
Livecounts.nl shows live counts, such as subscribers, followers, viewers, players and members, based on public data. It is free and needs no account. The site is meant for people aged 13 and older. We may add, change or remove counters at any time, for example when a platform changes or closes its data.
How accurate the numbers are
We work hard to show correct numbers, but we depend on the platforms and on third party services. Counts can be delayed, estimated or briefly wrong. YouTube subscriber counts, for example, are estimates between YouTube's own rounded updates. Do not rely on Livecounts.nl where an exact number really matters, such as payments, contests or contracts, without checking the platform itself.
Fair use
Please do not:
- overload the site or its API with automated requests, scrapers or bots;
- try to break into, disrupt or get around the security of the site;
- use the counters to mislead people, for example by presenting our numbers as official platform statistics.
We may block access for anyone who does.
Embeds and OBS overlays
You are welcome to use our embed and OBS links on your streams and websites for free. They are provided as they are and may change or stop working without notice.
Other people's content and links
Names, pictures and logos shown in counters belong to their owners and platforms. Livecounts.nl is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube, Google, Meta, TikTok, X, Kick, Twitch, Roblox, Valve, Discord or Telegram. Links to other sites, including our sponsor Space-Node, are there for your convenience, and those sites have their own terms.
YouTube API Services
Some counters use the YouTube API Services. By using them you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. See the YouTube API Services Terms, the Google Privacy Policy and our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
Our content
The design, text and code of the site belong to Livecounts.nl. You can link to any page and share screenshots of counters. Please do not copy the site or its code as a whole.
No warranty, limited liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage caused by using the site, or by numbers that are wrong, late or missing. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
Applicable law
Dutch law applies to these terms. If you live in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in. If something goes wrong, contact us first so we can try to sort it out.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.
