How to check a Roblox group's member count
Type the group's name in the search box, or paste its link. Roblox calls groups communities now, so links look like roblox.com/communities/7/Roblox. The number in that link is the group ID, and pasting just the number works too.
Where the number comes from
Straight from Roblox. Every group has a list of roles, and the base role (usually called Member) holds everyone who joined. We read that number. It is the same count the group page on Roblox shows, only exact instead of rounded to something like 13.5M.
How often it updates
While a group's page is open here we ask Roblox every 10 seconds, so on a big group you can watch people join. The groups in the list above are checked every 10 minutes. Once a group has been opened here we also keep one number per day, which is where "since yesterday" and the chart come from.
Why the count sometimes goes down
People leave groups all the time, and Roblox removes banned and deleted accounts in batches. A drop of a few hundred on a big group is normal. A much bigger drop usually means a cleanup on Roblox's side, not that the group did something wrong.
