Add the overlay to OBS, Streamlabs or TikTok LIVE Studio
All three apps can show a web page as a layer on your stream. Copy the browser source URL above first, then follow the steps for your app.
OBS Studio
- In the Sources box, click + and pick Browser.
- Give it a name, for example "Sub count", and click OK.
- Paste the URL into the URL field.
- Set Width and Height to the size shown under the preview and click OK.
- Drag the counter to where you want it on the canvas.
Need it bigger? Pick a larger Size in the builder instead of stretching the source, so the text stays sharp.
Streamlabs Desktop
- Click + above the Sources list.
- Choose Browser Source and click Add Source.
- Name it and click Add Source again.
- Paste the URL, set the width and height, and click Done.
Right click the source and pick Properties to change the link or the size later.
TikTok LIVE Studio
- Open the scene you go live with.
- Click Add source and choose Link.
- Paste the URL and confirm.
- Resize and move the counter so it does not cover your camera.
TikTok LIVE Studio needs a TikTok account with LIVE access. You cannot add web overlays to a LIVE from your phone.
Keep a counter stream running day and night
Some channels stream nothing but a live sub count, 24 hours a day, often around a big milestone. That only works if the PC running OBS never sleeps or updates in the middle of the night.

The builder writes these for you, but you can also edit the link by hand. They work on every counter above except Instagram and the live viewer counters, which have their own look.

Questions streamers ask
Can the goal show only followers from today's stream?
Yes. Pick "A number I pick", put your count at the start of the stream in "Bar starts at" and your target in "Goal number". The bar starts empty and fills as new followers come in.
How often does the number update?
Every 2 to 5 seconds, depending on the platform. The overlay keeps running for as long as it is in your scene, so you can leave it on for a whole stream.
Is the YouTube count exact?
Not between YouTube's own updates. YouTube only shows rounded subscriber counts in public, so the live number in between is an estimate. Twitch, Kick, Roblox and Bluesky counts are the numbers those platforms publish.
Will ads show up on my stream?
No. The overlay pages never load ads. The follower and subscriber overlays have no logo either and stay transparent unless you pick a colour. The live viewer overlays show a small livecounts.nl credit in the corner.
