The two IDs a Facebook page has
Since Facebook moved pages to the new Pages experience, most pages have two numbers. The page ID is the older one, used by Facebook's API, Meta Business Suite and many ads and plugin tools. The profile ID is the number in facebook.com/profile.php?id= links, the same kind of ID a personal profile has. Tools ask for one or the other, so this finder shows both.
Both come from Facebook's own page plugin, the follow box websites embed, which our server reads when you look a page up. The answer is kept for a day, so a second lookup of the same page is instant.
Find the ID yourself
Links like facebook.com/profile.php?id=100044296486382 already contain the profile ID. On many pages, the About section under Page transparency lists the page ID. When neither is visible, paste the link here.
What it cannot look up
Groups: a group's ID is part of its address (facebook.com/groups/ followed by the number). Private profiles and profiles without followers do not show in Facebook's page plugin, so they have no answer here. Posts, videos and reels are not pages. It looks up one page at a time.
