Deezer calls followers fans: people who added the artist to their favourites. Pick Deezer and search by name, or paste an artist link like deezer.com/artist/27. Deezer can have several artists with the same name, so check the picture and the fan count before you pick one.
How often it updates
An artist's page checks every minute. The artists in the lists above are checked every 30 minutes, and every artist opened here gets one number per day, which is where "since yesterday" and the chart come from.
Why Spotify is not on this page
Spotify has its own page, Spotify monthly listeners. Monthly listeners count people who played an artist in the last 28 days, which is a different thing from followers or fans.
