Where these numbers come from

Every 5 minutes we read the public cfx.re server list, the same one the RedM server browser uses. That list is where the name, rank and history come from. Many servers also publish their own player count at their connect address, and when this one does, the number at the top comes from the server itself and this page checks it once a minute. Private servers and servers behind some DDoS filters don't, so for them the count is the one the server last reported to the list, which can be a few minutes old. Busy servers get a 24 hour and 30 day history. A server that restarts drops out of the list for a few minutes, which shows up as a gap in the chart.
