Reporting a broken counter

Counters depend on the platforms, and platforms change things without warning. If a counter is stuck, shows the wrong profile or gives an error, send us:

The full address of the counter page you were on, including the part after the question mark (for example /instagram-realtime/?u=cristiano).
The account, channel, video or server you tried to load.
What went wrong: the number does not move, the wrong profile shows up, an error message, or nothing loads.
Your browser and device, for example Chrome on Android or Safari on iPhone.
A screenshot, if you can.

Before you report, check the status page. If the site itself is down, we already know.

Please never send passwords or login codes. We do not need them for anything.
