How many servers is a Discord bot in?

Discord lists public bots in its App Directory, and for every listed bot it shows how many servers the bot is in. That is the number on this page. Search a bot by name, or paste its application ID or invite link (the long number after client_id=).

Why the number is rounded

Discord rounds it to three digits: 15,100,000 instead of the exact count. So a big bot's number only moves when it gains or loses tens of thousands of servers, while a small bot's number moves by tens or hundreds. We show it exactly as Discord publishes it. Only the bot's owner sees the exact figure, in the Discord developer portal.

How often it updates

Discord refreshes the directory on its own schedule and keeps each answer for an hour. We check a bot at most once an hour and the ranking once a day, and we keep one number per day so the trend shows up over time.

What if a bot is not listed?

Bots outside the App Directory have no public server count, and the bot's page here will say so. To get listed, a bot has to be verified by Discord and its owner has to turn on discovery for it in the developer portal.

No. Discord rounds it to three significant digits, so 15.1 million shows as 15,100,000. It is still the only public number, and it is the same one Discord shows in its App Directory.

Where do I find a bot's application ID?

In the bot's invite link, after client_id=. You can also paste a link from Discord's App Directory or from top.gg into the search box.

Why does a bot say it is not listed?

Discord only publishes server counts for bots in its App Directory. Bots that are not listed there, or whose owner turned discovery off, have no public count.

How often does the number change?

Discord updates it on its own schedule and keeps each answer for an hour. Because of the rounding, a big bot can show the same number for days.
