Follower gap
The gap between both accounts, updated live
How the Threads follower comparison works
Type two Threads usernames above and press Compare. Both numbers are the exact follower counts from the public Threads profiles, checked again every 30 seconds to 2 minutes, and the box in the middle shows how far apart the two accounts are and who is ahead.
How the Threads follower gap is worked out
The default pair, Mark Zuckerberg against MrBeast, shows how the sign works. The gap is Zuckerberg's followers minus MrBeast's, and since MrBeast has more, that comes out negative: about 6 million below zero when we wrote this. The box shows the plain number and names MrBeast as the leader.
So on this pair the chart line sits under zero, and a line moving up toward zero would mean Zuckerberg is catching up. Swap the two names and the chart flips.
Readings come in every 15 seconds and the chart keeps 600 of them, about two and a half hours. It clears when you reload and pauses while the tab is in the background.
